Here is an outline of every stage of the process, with the Features for Life team on hand to guide you every step of the way.

Permanent Makeup/ The Process – Pre-procedure

Make an initial enquiry: For more information about our permanent make-up you can call Features for Life on 01296 614441, email us at enquiries@featuresforlife.co.uk or use the contact form on our website. Caron will answer any questions or queries you may have and help you to determine whether you are ready for the next stage in the process. Book a consultation appointment or procedure:  Features for Life offers a free, no-obligation consultation where Caron will talk you through our entire range of permanent make-up procedures in more detail and discuss the range of pigment colour options available to find the right match for your needs. Caron will also show you a selection of before and after pictures from previous procedures to give you an idea of how you will look after your permanent make-up procedure. Caron will also apply traditional make-up to your face to ensure that you are happy with the design of your procedure, and this can also be used as a template for your procedure.  If you are happy to book a procedure immediately after making initial contact with Features for Life then Caron will set up an appointment for the first-part of your two-part procedure. A patch test maybe required, to establish your skin’s compatibility with our range of colour pigments. A text message reminder will be sent the day before. Payment: At Features for Life we accept all major credit/debit cards, excluding American Express,  and cash payments.

Permanent Makeup /The Process – The procedure

Your permanent make-up procedure is divided into two parts, both lasting between 45 minutes to 1 hour, and will be carried out by Caron in our dedicated treatment room. Caron will apply a topical anaesthetic cream to numb the area to be treated, ensuring that you feel comfortable throughout the procedure. Caron will then use state-of-the-art equipment to place your desired colour pigments under your skin using micro needles.

Permanent Makeup – The Process – Post-procedure

After the procedure has been completed Caron will apply antiseptic soothing cream to the treated area. To ensure that you have everything you need to care for the treated area, Caron will give you an aftercare sheet and a sachet of Vaseline. The second part of your appointment will then be booked for 4-6 weeks time, enabling Caron to top up any areas of pigment to perfect your look. If you have any questions during the aftercare process simple call Features for Life during our office hours and we will be happy to give you the information you need.
